We loved every minute of our stay at Radisson Red hotel. What a brilliant hotel located in the city centre and next to the train station. Upon entry the staff were so welcoming and greeted us with open arms. We arrived early and our room was fortunately ready for us despite our early arrival. We had a really good chat to the guy on the welcome desk, who was really interested in where we had travelled from and our plans for our stay. The facilities and decor were brilliant too. We had a wonderful superior room with a superb view of St George’s. Our room was clean and cleaned daily by wonderful staff. The hotel provided toiletries, towels and much more and were happy to help when needed.

Everything at the hotel was fantastic. Our stay was excellent and my partner had a wonderful birthday. Great location, staff were friendly and super helpful. We arrived early to leave our bags at the hotel before heading out. They were really organised with everything. Checked in later in the day, it went so smoothly. Checkout was easy too and the balance for our stay was taken from my card automatically. The whole experience was super easy and chilled. We were celebrating a birthday and they had left some complimentary things in the room for us. Really great experience

Breakfast was very tasteful, lots of different choises. Also, the coffee machine in the room was provided with decaf-pods as well, really appreciate this... Staff was very helpful, asked about the airport bus and they came even out to the street to show the right direction...!!! Air-conditioner in the room was "helpful" as well, as it was really needed after spending long days outside in the unexpected +27* autumn heatwave...!

Absolutely love this hotel, stayed here twice in the last 2 weeks, wouldn’t go anywhere else, it’s an amazing hotel, central location right next door to lime street station and only a 10 minute walk to the shops in central liverpool, the staff are lovely, helpful and friendly, rooms are lovely and clean, the bed is so comfortable, I will definitely be back here again, absolutely fantastic.

Staff is very friendly and the hotel has really cool decorations - obviously all red themed. The rooms are clean and very quiet, nice rain shower in the bathroom. Coffee maker in the room as well.
